Stop flashing
other people’s files.
Learn diesel calibration from combustion physics up — so you understand why your changes work, not just which map to touch. One methodology, any diesel ECU.
You already tune. But do you understand why it works?
Someone else’s maps
You flash files from a calibrator — but can’t explain what was changed or why. If the client asks, you change the subject. Every job is a bet on someone else’s work.
No way to diagnose
When something goes wrong, you can’t fix it. You just try another file and hope for the best. The reputation hit is yours alone.
The margin goes to them
You charge €100 for a reflash. The calibrator who made the file charges €300–600. You do the work — they take the profit.
The principle
A solid file + a hollow file = a hollow result.
If you can’t tell the difference between a quality calibration and a dangerous one — you’re gambling with your client’s engine. This course teaches you to see the difference. Not by intuition. By understanding what every map is doing and why.
Three levels. One clear path.
Each level builds on the previous. Start where you are — finish where you want to be.
Understand the engine
Combustion physics, injection strategy, boost control, AFR, torque limiters. Every system that matters for diesel calibration — explained from first principles.
Each chapter teaches you how to find the right map, even without DAMOS files.
You understand why your calibration works. Not just which cell to change.
Build your own Stage 1
Build a real Stage 1 calibration from scratch. 7 chapters on real ECU firmware files — step-by-step on the actual maps that matter.
SOI + Rail pressure + Pre-injection — the combination most calibrators miss entirely. This one combination delivers +21% power gain through correct injection timing.
Your own calibrations. Clients pay you €300–600 per car — not €100 for a reflash.

For calibrators who want to become the person others buy files from.
The course pays for itself in your first month.
One custom Stage 1 calibration: €300–€600. One reflash with someone else’s file: €100–€150. Difference per car: +€200–€450 in your pocket.
Your Kess and PCMFlash cost you €1,000+. Your clients send you 8+ reflash requests every month. You have the tools and the demand — the only missing piece is the skill to say yes.
The course recovers in 3 to 7 cars. The compounding income from there is uncapped.
Fundamental + Practice. Save €330.
Most students take both. The Bundle gives you the complete path from theory to real calibrations — at 15% off, before you start.

From people who were in your position
8 years in chip tuning, 2 years working with auto-map editors — and I still needed this course. Winols was just a confusing shell full of meaningless numbers. Now I fully understand how to work in it.
I looked at training in Italy — 1,000 euros per day. I took the most expensive package here and don’t regret it. I’ll save many times more than I spent.
Before I even finished the course, I had already earned back 10% of what I’d call not spent, but invested in my education.
Built by a practitioner, not an academic.
Thomas Pirowski
30+ years in ECU reverse engineering. 6 years at Volkswagen Racing as software engineer. Teaches Winols at two universities. First to develop DPF-off solutions and crack ECU checksum on Trionic8, BMW EDC17, Tesla, Volvo. Every lesson is built on real firmware — not slides from a textbook.
Before you decide
I’m not a programmer — can I handle this?
80% of calibration tasks follow a clear algorithm. We teach the algorithm, not magic. If you can use a diagnostic scanner, you can learn Winols. The methodology starts with the engine — not the code.
Does this cover trucks and heavy equipment?
Yes. The methodology works with any diesel ECU — MAN, Scania, Cummins, KAMAZ, JCB, Fendt, John Deere. You learn the physics and the approach, not a preset list of cars. Letters, then any book.
How long does it take?
Fundamental: about 1 month at ~1 hour per day. Practice: similar. You have lifetime access, so you set your own pace. Most students see their first paid result before they finish.
What if I break something?
The methodology starts with bench practice, not client cars. You learn to read, analyze, and validate before you ever flash anything live. The first thing we teach is how to safely open and verify a firmware file.
Is it worth €970 when I can learn from YouTube?
“I considered courses like this for 3 years, looking for easier paths — they don’t exist.” Knowledge is scattered, unstructured, and often wrong. This course gives you in 1 month what takes 3+ years to assemble on your own — if you can assemble it at all.
Ready for a niche market? Apply the same methodology to exotic diesel platforms — Lamborghini, BRP SeaDoo, Kawasaki →
Start with the physics. Keep the margin.
Build your own calibrations instead of flashing someone else’s. The methodology takes 1 month. The income that follows is uncapped.
