1. Agreement
By accessing tunersguild.com or academy.thomasteachestuning.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Courses and access
- Course access is granted after payment and is tied to your personal account
- You may not share, resell, or redistribute course materials
- Course content (videos, documents, scripts) is the intellectual property of Tuners Guild
- Access duration depends on the course type (see course page for details)
3. Payments and refunds
- All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes
- Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
- Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase

4. Certification
- Certificates are issued upon course completion and are non-transferable
- CertifiedTuners.com profile inclusion is subject to review
- Tuners Guild reserves the right to remove profiles that misrepresent qualifications
5. Tools and software
- Tools provided through the Tuners Guild ecosystem are for personal professional use only
- You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell any tools or scripts
- Tools are provided as-is without warranty
6. Community (Discord)
- Be respectful to other members
- Do not share copyrighted course materials in public channels
- Tuners Guild reserves the right to remove members who violate community rules
7. Liability
Tuners Guild provides educational content. We are not liable for any damage to vehicles, ECUs, or equipment resulting from the application of techniques taught in our courses. You are responsible for your own work.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
