Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing tunersguild.com, community.tunersguild.com, or academy.tunersguild.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Courses and access

  • Course access is granted after payment and is tied to your personal account
  • You may not share, resell, or redistribute course materials
  • Course content (videos, documents, scripts) is the intellectual property of Tuners Guild®
  • Access duration depends on the course type (see course page for details)

3. Payments and refunds

  • All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
  • Contact admin@tunersguild.com for refund inquiries

4. Tools

  • Free trial access to tools (Scrambler, Maps Import, A2L/Damos Generator) is limited per email address
  • Unlimited tool access is granted to enrolled students at the corresponding Trust Level
  • You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell any tools, scripts, or their output
  • Files you upload for processing remain your intellectual property
  • Tools are provided as-is without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
  • Tuners Guild reserves the right to modify trial limits, tool availability, and access tiers

5. Community (Forum and Discord)

  • Be helpful. If you cannot add value, do not subtract it
  • Do not share copyrighted course materials in any public or private channel
  • Do not share content from student-only categories (Help Requests, Student Tracks) outside the forum
  • No spam, no self-promotion without permission, no affiliate links
  • No piracy — do not share DAMOS files, calibration files, or tools that you did not create
  • Tuners Guild reserves the right to remove members who violate community rules
  • Trust Level progression is managed by Tuners Guild and is not automated

6. Certification

  • Certificates are issued upon course completion and are non-transferable
  • CertifiedTuners.com profile inclusion is subject to review
  • Tuners Guild reserves the right to remove profiles that misrepresent qualifications

7. Liability

Tuners Guild provides educational content and professional tools. We are not liable for any damage to vehicles, ECUs, or equipment resulting from the application of techniques taught in our courses or the use of our tools. You are responsible for your own work.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
